Impossible to obtain mat shadow in VFB

Hello, is this behaviors normal?
I can't get a shadow plane either with the matlwrapper or through the Vrayproperties.
Max2016/Vraynext, scene attached.

It is normal actually. Please check the attached images.
You can you can either change the background color to white or make the Dome Light invisible, depends on what you need.
