Glow FX behind glass

Hello, is there any trick to proceed glow effect behind glass and in the reflections ?
You can see that behind glass and in the reflections no Glow effect ...

Maybe with LPEs if you were really crafty: right now if it's seen through refraction it's IN refraction, so you'd better start to love post (seriously, that'd be little more than a luma key and a blur...).
