Where should I upload the files? Got an ftp address? Do you need me to name it a certain way so you know which topic it pertains to?

This usually happens when the node is not available or not accessible for some reason. It will either fall back to the host machine or 0.0.0.0
Hope this can explain the weird machine naming in the log window. If it's something else, please create a ticket for this issue.

You can send an email to support@chaosgroup.com mentioning this thread in the description and we will give you access to our FTP to upload the files there.
Have you tried the new build ? DR nodes are still disconnecting with this project?

Yeah, this scene is still causing me issues on the newest VRay. Thankfully I've got resumable rendering to fall back on, but it's far from ideal.

The nodes crashed at around 1am last night, and the spawners restarted as you'd expect; but none of them joined back in the render. Then, for reasons unknown my PC decided to stop rendering at 5am.

OK then, it will be best to test the scene here and see if we can reproduce it.
