you need to increase max depth

try increasing both reflect and refract depth.
your diamond shoudl not be diffuse white but pure black.
try experimenting with caustics while not having the affect shadows checked.
double check on those ior values and use the ones that belong to diamond material.

also, clone the light rig, make it stronger and affect only the diamond.
exclude the original light rig from the diamonds. those are the main points from where i woudl start
