Vray Next problem

I open a old scene, use vray next to test render a 5 second animation, don't know why vray next always finished render around 9-10 frame, then the 11 frame will pop up a problem as attached print scene, then it freeze at denoise stage, i must use task manager to end task everytime.
please help.

just pop up the same message third time, why no one answer this question?
i have try set the adative light to 16, what happen?

Hello,

First of all - when those errors happen Max should create a crash dump file called 3dsmax_minidump.dmp located in your temp folder (%TEMP% in windows explorer). If there is such a file - could you attach it here or send it to our support ?

Also it would help if you could send the whole scene to our support.

After i load a maxscript to lock my material highlight and glossiness, it's seem like have solved the problem, it can render more than 10 frame now, i will sent the file if the problem come back, thank you for your reply.

If it is not a problem - do send the trouble scene. Ideally it should render without you having to run a script.
