rendering error getting library description

hi, I´ve just upgraded to vray next and sent a job thru backburner; the render starts but fails and the message that backurner shows says: "3dsmax adpater error: autodesk 20.4 reported error: [vray] error getting library description Program Files\autodesk\3dsmax 2018\vray_http_client.dll"

I guess it has something to do with the internet connection. the node didn´t have internet and now that it has, it´s rendering fine.
