Plexiglass mat: differences from IPR and Production Render

The problem is on the plexiglass shelf.
On IPR is how I'd like to have on production render.
Have you any suggestions to give me to understand what's going on?

I've found .

The "Do reflection/refraction" seems the reason.
If I disable it, it works.
