No "tools" folder after install and reinstall

I should have a tools folder in my max 2018 vray next install, with access to the denoiser tool with UI - but I don't have that folder even after two reinstalls of the latest download.

the tools folder does exist for max 2015 install, but it is the old denoiser without UI

No matter how many times I reinstall, it just wont install any tools folder, and I don't have a denoising tool etc.

The tool should be located here - "C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\3dsmax 2018 for x64\bin\vdenoise.exe"

Hmm - I wonder why it hasn't added them to the side bar in windows 10?
