I am having trouble with the VRayArialPerspective atmosphere effect element.
VRayArialPerspective is set to a distance of 15KM, which produces a good effect for the scene in terms of exterior renders from a distance.
The issue I am having is that when I set up an internal camera, the VRayArialPerspective effect is far too pronounced, and looks like the room is filled with fog.
I've attached 2 images, one internal, one external, to demonstrate the problem. The only change between the two is the camera location. All other render settings are kept the same (IR/LC, auto exposure etc).
Any thoughts as to what is going on here?
Using 3DsMax 2019, VRay NEXT 4.02.04.00004, Windows 10 etc
