Tile EXR Error

Does anyone know how to fix this error? After these messages Vray refuses to render and quickly exit. I've got an idea what's and why's happening but don't know how to fix it as we have a huge library of objects and can't afford to recreate tiled EXR again. All created by Vray Img 2 tiled EXR tool from 8k jpgs.

Photoshop and Pdplayer open EXRs fine. I can even open it in VrayHDRI\Bitmap\View Image . Config: Win 7, Max2014, Vray 3.60.03

Thanks for looking into this.
It turns out it was a temp glitch, probably something to do with the network. I can load EXRs fine now. No errors reported.
