      Interesting
By the way - where is your vraylog file located? Seems like it is located in C: - can you try to move it to some other folder and see if there are any changes?

If that doesn't help - it would probably be best to write an email to our support - they can arrange a remote session (if that is convenient) and check your installation.

        Interesting?

I've tried to relocate to D... but nothing changed.
I will send an email. Thank you for support

          .. a little upgrade.

Tested that IPR Starts and works on viewport. I can start and stop normally, but not on Vrayframebuffer. When i try to use it in vrayframebuffer max hangs and i have to manually close as i reported.
This has sense for you? Did a miss anything?

            Hi,

If you still have problems with the IPR renderings, please try to reset 3DS Max by renaming the ENU folder. It is located here : C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2 019 - 64bit
