  • Viewport IPR refresh

So sign me up as someone who loves this new viewport IPR. I'm using it with V-Ray Next CPU rendering, and here is what happens. When I do a frame buffer render then the rendered viewport image goes away (and reverts I think to standard). I then have to click on V-Ray IPR twice in order to bring back the rendered image. It's still totally worth it, but I'm wondering if there's a flaw in my setup, or if there's a way for me to fix this, or if this can't be fixed, or if Chaos needs to do something. Using 3ds max 2019, windows 7, quadro P2000 if that matters. thanx --ds

Hm, having to click twice on V-Ray IPR is not normal. Will make a note to look into it. Or do you want the viewport IPR to automatically start again after the rendering without clicking anything?

    Glad you like the feature

    Best regards,
    Vlado

Yes, I would think that automatically starting again would be best. That way after I've noticed an error in my frame buffer render , I can make changes and see them in the IPR. Would there be a downside to doing so?
