Rendering using V-Ray GPU Next - IPR says rendering done but nothing displayed?

Hi, I am using the V-Ray GPU Next IPR render for my scene; after recently updating to the newer version and now I am not getting anything in the viewport? It is just blank and says the rendering is done but unsure as to why this may be. Any help would be appreciated!

Can you show me the V-Ray log? If you close the scene and reopen it, do you still get the issue?

The log is below as screen capture, and yeah it reacts the same even when reopening and restarting the machine.
