  • Can't see my vfb rendering and the shader on material editor

    Hello
I have a very big problem! I can't see my VFB rendering but I can see my rendering with the 3dsmax frame buffer
I also can't see my shaderball in the Material Editor in scanline and vray renderer. all the viewports are blank.

I made a repair of 3Dsmax update my Nvidia Drivers and reinstall Vray but it still does not work

Do you have an idea? I can not work without it

I am running Windows 10 pro 64 bit
    3Dsmax 2018.4 Update 20.0 - 20.4.0.4254
    Vray Next update 1
    2 Geforce 1080 Ti drivers: 417.71

    Please help me

Thanks a lot for your help

    Best regards

ps : sorry for my english

Is this because standard materials no longer work with Vray next?

Have you tried with other 3ds Max versions?
If it was that easy, it would have already been done

        Hello,
        Thanks for your reply
        Everything works perfectly

I had posted this question on the Autodesk forum also and the technical support asked me to delete the preference file (C: \ Users \ <username> \ AppData \ Local \ Autodesk \ 3dsMax \ 20XX - 64bit \ ENU)
For info I had installed 3dsmax 2019 and everything is working properly
