vray physical camera

Has anyone into this issue? Sometimes when i place a new camera it places the camera looking down on the Z but you can still click a second point for target like you normally do. I have to exit the file to fix the issue.

When i place camera from Vray toolbar, it automatically creates camera from active view.
I must place camera from Command panel. This way it works as expected.

This is intended, similar to the 3ds Max camera creation behaviour when you use the Ctrl+C combination.
