Extratex RE's won't update during IPR.

This wasn't always the case I think. Idk if its just me but its is crucial for look def to be able to view some textures and noises during IPR.
If you'd ask me it should be even possible to add new extraTex RE's during IPR.

Next 1.1 and max 2019.

No, this has never worked. The render elements and their textures are frozen to whatever they were at the start of the IPR. It's on my "to do" list to see if at least the extraTex one can detect changes.
