  • Rendering using Max vfb slower than vray vfb

I have a really simple scene which I am rendering through Deadline. If I'm using Max vfb, it takes about 3x longer per frame than using vray vfb.
Same scene renders in 17 seconds using Vray vfb and 65 seconds using Max default vfb.
    Progressive cpu render.

Unfortunately the Max VFB tends to be very slow to update, especially with progressive rendering. There's not a whole lot to do about that on our side.

    Best regards,

Ah, okay. Well, good to know that there is nothing wrong with my setup or installation.
