VRAY 3.605 standalone does not load at all

We are trying to setup DR for 3dsMAX VRAY system 1 Main PC and 2 DR with standalone but the vray.exe closes automatically and I cant find a solution. The same problem is with cinema4d edition 3.7 can someone help ?
