3ds max V-Ray next crashes when rendering

My 3ds max 2018 with V-Ray next crashes every time I try to render with my CPU, when using GPU it doesn't, no plugins etc etc!
Scenes that have been possible to render in earlier versions crashes all the time with Next, tried all different settings with no luck, have re-installed both 3ds max and V-Ray but the problem still occurs.

Anyone that can help me?

Dual Intel Xeon E5-2695 v4
128Gb of Ram
Nvidia Quadro M4000
SSD Discs

It just stop rendering and shut down 3ds max after a while...

Hello,

When the crash happens Max usually creates a crash dump file called 3dsmax_minidump.dmp located in your temp folder (write %temp% in the address bar of Windows explorer). Can you attach it here or send it to our support ?

Are the crashes happening on any scene - could you try with some boxes, planes and a light ? If simple scenes work but real scenes crash - it would be best to send one of the crashing scenes to our support.
If even the simple scene crashes then there might be some issue with the V-Ray installation itself. In that case it would be best to write to support mentioning this thread - they can arrange a remote session to diagnose the issue better.

I have encountered a similar problem.
3ds max - Vray - starts rendering and already on 3-10 pass 3ds max just collapses without any warnings.
Just with this scene.
