  • No licences available

    Hi guys,

I've been rendering all day, no problem. Left renders going throughout lunch - came back and the workstation it's rendering on it still going, but all of the distributed render nodes (and other workstations) are showing as having no licences available via online licencing. I can't even view which licences are in use, etc???

Under our account on my.chaosgroup.com it is saying "no products found" when I click licenses? Why is it saying we have no licenses on your end?

      Hello,

According to our database, Roberts Limbrick Ltd, purchased V-Ray NEXT for 3ds Max Annual License on 30th of May, 2018. Your annual licenses expired today, this is the reason for experiencing issues with V-Ray NEXT for 3ds Max. Please contact us at support@chaosgroup.com if you have additional questions/issues. That way we can be sure that no sensitive information is shared here.

I will contact support, but why did we recieve no email/notification of expiration? Surely the whole point of a subscription based service is that it automatically renews? I don't have to put in a new order with netflix every month.

We asked the sales guys to contact you on the matter, they'll provide more information on the subject.

Thanks Ivan, that's been most helpful. It's being sorted now.
