playing around with the new lens effects settings on a large rendered scene is causing max 2019 to crash.

Can you get us a crash dump to support@chaosgroup.com ? The file is called 3dsmax_minidump.dmp and is located in your temp folder (type %temp% in Windows explorer to go there). It will be very helpful to fix the problem.
