  • Distributed rendering proxies missing

    Hi Guys,

We're on max 2019/VRay 4.10.01 and having some serious issues with an animation we're trying to get rendered out.

We are experiencing proxies randomly disappearing. I have no idea why this should be the case as they are all pathed to the same server as the rest of the 3d models/textures/etc which render just fine. What's even more odd is that it never seems to happen on the first frame (or single frame mode) and that there is no telling how many frames the animation will get through before this starts happening.

Here's a link to an example of it happening: https://we.tl/t-Df8m9RS9iq

I'm really at my wits end with this, we've been tracking network traffic, checking licences, going through the files... Nothing.

Surely if the workstations/servers can find proxies on frame #1 then they should be able to find them on every single frame after.
