  • IPR with fur - different bucket colours

    I just spotted this whilst toying.
    Simple enough - plane/fur.
    The buckets are off as you can see.

    This in NEXT on 2020 Win 10 if that helps.

    EDIT: As a side note, when I apply vray fur initially I am then unable to deselect it or select anythng else in the scene. I must click out of the panel to be able to do so.
    Maybe it's always been like that but I only just noticed.

        EDIT3: yeah, i get the issue (with ort without a v-ray material) and yes, turning the adaptive dome off fixes it.

            A side note: in general, the VRayMtl material is not designed to be applied on fur/hair; you should use the VRayHairMtl for that, which doesn't have this issue. I'll fix the VRayMtl too, of course.

              It didn't occur to me that the vray material would be an issue, apart from the adaptive light thing.
