Cant open .vdb files

Just bought some cloud models and cant get any of them to open in the volume grid. testing some others i have and they all work fine, it's just this set.

Is there something I can do to get it to work, or did we waste money on some duds and I should complain to turbosquid?


edit: got it working. had to change the channel to smoke instead of temperature.... need to slow down and read a bit more. ha ha.
