  • VFB Not Responding

I don't know if it is a MAX thing or a V-Ray thing, but a couple times a week my VFB will go into Not Responding when I pull down the save button. I have to crash MAX. Anybody else?

You might have ran out of memory when this happens, can you check?
Does this happen on loading something from the frame buffer history?
If yes, I got this reported yesterday.. it is probably the same issue

I have 128GB or RAM, so I don't think it is a memory issue. I can check the VFB History, however, I rarely use it.

          Hey Bobby,

Let's try the following - install Process Explorer and while it's hanging, find the 3dsmax process, right click -> create minidump. After the file is created, please send it over.
If it was that easy, it would have already been done
