  • VFB right click stuck in pixel info mode, trying to get into Real Zoom

This happens sometimes and then the problem corrects itself, not sure how. When I right click on the image in the Vray Frame Buffer, a window appears with the pixel information, but I am trying to get into the Real Zoom mode. Is there a way to reset this so that the default menu appears?

    Hello,

The Real Zoom is available only while IPR is rendering. It should become available when you start IPR and should revert to the pixel info on stop.

If that is not the case - can you describe some steps we can do here to reproduce it ?

    Best regards,

Thank you for getting back to me Yavor. I just now saw your reply.

I always do start IPR prior to attempting to enter 'Real Zoom' mode. I do not know what causes the right-click menu to stick in 'Pixel Info' mode. Sometimes restarting Max will solve the problem. I will try and reproduce the issue and describe how it happens.

      Thanks again.

        Hello,

I have exactly the same issue for a long time now with Vray 3.60.04 but I think it was the same before
        Really annoying :/

Is there a trick to avoid this ?
        Thanks.
        (Sorry for my bad english)

Could you record a video about that - I've never managed to reproduce the problem here.
