  • VrayLightMtl inside VrayMaterialWrapper create wrong VrayLighting RE

Hi, today i notice that if i use a VrayLightMaterial inside a MtlWrapper with the Generate GI disable the Lighting RE do not corrispond with RGB.
If i disable both Consistent Lighting Elements and the Adaptative dome option in the DomeLight the problem is gone.
I solve using the self illumination of standard VrayMtl without disabling Consistent Lightning Elements and the adaptative option
Do not know if it is a bug, just to report it to your attention.

    I attach you my test.

    Thanks, Alessandro

Thanks for the report. I've forwarded the issue to our developers (Bug-tracking system id: VMAX-9226) for further analysis. Another workaround would be to apply the VRayLightMtl directly to the object and disable its GI generation through the object properties instead.

Hi, Thanks for the suggestion. I always prefer to work with material so is more visible that i disable the GI if i import he model in an other scene.
