I have an error on my Backburner servers : 3dsmax adapter error getting library description very_dr1.dll on 3dsmax 2020 and windows 7 pro

I installed Vray 42001 in the render slave mode

Do you have an idea?

Hello,

This seems like a messed up V-Ray installation - could you try to uninstall V-Ray completely and install it again ?

I did some research and I found this :

I applied the modifs and it seems that it is not a problem related to Vray
