    It seems this is still an active issue. Possibly I missed a post but I can't find anything other than the one which advised lowering the shading rate (which is set to disappear as an option).
    Nothing I tried works and so blocks still appear. This is latest Next.
    I tested this on a complex scene and a simple scene. It is very noticeable on the simple scene and yet I cannot observe it happening on the complex scene, which is confusing.
    Or maybe this is how it works; that with more objects there is less that the adaptivity occurs? No idea, but it's annoying.

    So should I post this as a bug report?
    Did anyone take a look at the very simple scene and have any comment?

      Yes, I did look at the scene and I could reproduce the problem. I'm not sure what's causing it yet and whether it's a bug. It does seem strange though. I will post more information as I have it.

          Ah, thanks Vlado; I thought this post had gone unnoticed and wasn't sure if it was me therefor doing something odd to make it occur
