Vray 5 - Denoiser on history image goes black

As the subject suggest, if I load an image from the History and the Denoiser channel is active, the image goes black.
If I switch off the Denoiser than the "noised" image appear.

Anyone have the same issue?
Working on max 2020, scene started in Vray Next.

Sure I will prepare the scene and will send it.
Anyway I think it is a problem with the engine used for the Denoiser since this happens with the NVidia denoiser.
Unfortunately sometime I prefer NVidia to Default so cannot avoid it
