Dr slave cpu %

hello, I am using 3d Studio Max 2020 and vray_adv_50004_max2020_x64
so I am rendering using bucket mode and IM/LC and one of my DR slaves is only using about 20% of its CPU power, where as the host machine is using 100% of its CPU, my question is where or can I set my DR slave to use more or all of its available CPU power? is this managed by the host machine or on the slave machine. I also sent a job to the slave through Backburner which is in the photo, and you can see it is also using only 21% of its CPU.

i think you need to open max on that machine and try to render, i bet its some kind of limitation either on os level or 3ds max in that machine explicitly.
