The Raw elements will always show noise.
It generally goes away the moment you multiply them by their filter.
The diffuse filter in the case of your scene will contain the images in the frames.
That's why you can "tell" the image shapes: the raw element is derived by dividing the normal one by the corresponding filter.Lele

If it turns out to be an issue, f.e. because you mean to brighten the raw element (thereby multiplying also noise), you may have to lower your noise threshold (and correspondingly increase AA) to cater for the operation done in post.
But it should recompose to a beauty without issue, if no CC is done to the REs.
