Rotating a light makes it turn off

Sphere lights when rotated turn themselves off.
It happens at certain degrees of rotation, so e.g. 45, -45, -225 etc.

Specifically I need this work as I have a group of 30 starlights in a unit which needs to be rotated.
I realise I can rotate it slightly less than 45 degrees but I'd rather not rely on this in general as it's messy.

Hopefully this is a simple fix.

We are aware of this issue and it is logged in our bug-tracking system under id: VMAX-8919. I'll bump its priority additionally. For the time being if you manually rotate the light/s to the desired angle it should be working just fine (see recording). Apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the quick response, however that does not work as I was already manually rotating it.
I checked both this and key input again today and both break.

Thanks for letting me know. It indeed appears to be happening when the X and Y axis values are 0.0, what if you change one of them slightly (say, 0.001) as a workaround?

Yes, thanks, there are workarounds for sure, though I am likely to forget these, so it would be cool if they worked as expected at some point
