  • Vray Alpha = 2.0 Error

Hi there, I've currently got a problem with my renders where some will export with an Alpha of 1 and the others will export with an Alpha of zero. this is causing major problems in my compositing workflow and it's incredibly frustrating. Is there a way to fix this?
I have to keep re-rendering images in the hopes that the next render will not have an alpha of 2.0

    See attached.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Are you using the nVidia denoiser for those renders ? If so - can you try switching to the built in V-Ray denoiser ?

That seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks very much. Is this an Nvidia error?

It's mostly on our side of the nVidia denoiser usage. We have it mostly fixed in our internal builds and the fix should go in some future update.
