Vray & GI Setup Menu (under render settings) is BLANK

Not sure if this is a common issue or unique to license! But both my GI & VRAY render settings are blank! Been like that for few days. The software works fine and I can do render work (sometimes comes with watermark Vray). But I don't have access to adjust anything on both VRAY & GI menus.
License looks good. I even re-installed Vray 5 (for 3DS MAX), and still the same issue.
Can anyone please help?

Hi,

The missing UI elements and the watermarks, mean most likely that the license is missing. Because there are successful renders I would guess that this may be due to network problems. Have you observed in the past days some failing or slow downloads?

Hi Alexander,

I did not notice anything! The water marks are sometime not always! But the blank Vray/GI is always there. I just loaded it up and tried bit now getting this license error (attached). SO it does seem like a license issue! However, I did look up the license server and it seems fine and I am registered.!!!

Please contact the support, they should be able to check the state of the licenses. I still suspect the network if nothing else have changed recently, at least they would know if there's outage.
