Max 2019 and vray 5 ipr is crashing with this error. Production rendering is fine. The scene was working fine, nothing was merged, just moving some stuff and edit poly to some objects.

It may be caused by ForestPack; try installing the latest ForestPack updates and see if that makes any difference. Otherwise, do send the scene via the contact form so we can take a look. Mention this thread in the message.
