  • Unhandled Exception Error. Won't let me render

Hey all, I'm working on a rendering and all of a sudden I'm getting an error involving the vrenderlight.cpp file. It's occurring randomly and preventing me from rendering out an animation. Any help would be appreciated! I've attached my vray log file and you can see the error in a screenshot at the link below. I've tried deleting my vray sun and creating a new one but the error is still there. I also have a dome light and the error will occur randomly with that light as well. Thanks!

Generally, these types of error messages are related to memory issues.

Could you confirm that the issue is present only on a specific scene?
Could you confirm if you are using GPU or CPU to render your scene?
Does the issue occur if you render still frames and not the whole animation?
Also, could you try reproducing the issue while tracking the memory utilization of your system?

You could send us your scene write us through our contact form so we could investigate this further:
