Vray 5.1 - problems selecting Vray proxies in the viewport

I'm having problems selecting proxies after installing Vray 5.1. I can only select them if I click exactly on the objects' pivot points. If I click anywhere else on them, I can't select the proxy objects. Is this intentional?

This is a glitch that we caught at the last moment, it's fixed already and will try to get a stable build out ASAP.

Are these stables automatically updated to the "normal" download page? Or should you download via the nightly address?
