Region render and real zoom not working since Vray 5 Update 1

Hello, since the update to Vray 5 Update 1 region render seems to be broken. I like to use interactive rendering in VFB, but as soon as I change the size of the region or make any change to an object or material in the scene or use real zoom in VFB the region show only a white image. This happens in all my scenes. I need to stop interactive rendering and start it again to make it work, but as soon as I make any change in the scene it will go blank again.

Any idea how to fix this?

Both features seem to work fine on a simple scene test. Could you demonstrate the issue (screencaps, recorded video)?

I think I found the issue. View to Render in the render settings was locked but empty. Selecting the correct camera again seems to fix it. Strange that this appears to be in all my scenes since the update.
