MultiSubTex Random by Element in Proxy

Hi,
is there some reason that MultiSubTex - Random by Element doesnt work in Proxy? Its some proxy limitation or just a bug?

The feature is not yet supported with V-Ray Proxies. We do, however, have it logged (internal bug-tracker id: VMAX-10447) as an improvement request. For now, use material ids and the Random by Face Material ID mode.

Thanks for info, unfortunately is not that simple to bypass it with random by id
