GPU rendering fails with 5.1 and Max 2021?

Hi.
I'm just getting to grips with 5.1 - but get this error when rendering with the GPU (Nvidia 1070) - Nvidia driver 469.01 and latest Vray and Max 2021?
Error is : 700: Could not release device buffer?
