problem iniciate render IPR

I'm having problems with vray
when I start rendering, it takes 10s to start and when I start IPR I get the capture error and 3d max closes.

only happens in max 2021 and vray 5.10.0 and vray 5.10.1.
i have installed max 2022 and i don't have this problem.

For starters, try resetting your 3ds max preferences to their defaults by renaming the ENU folder to ENU_old (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax \2021 - 64bit). Upon starting 3ds max, a new ENU folder will be created with the default preferences. Note that this would remove any customizations you might have set.

That solved the problem, maybe a script had a problem with vray.
