V-ray toolbar has dozens of empty, extra icons

I have tried reinstalling V-ray but no joy. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Hi Richard7666

Can you try resetting your 3ds max preferences to their defaults? You can do so by renaming the ENU folder to ENU_old (C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\ 3dsMax \<version> - 64bit). Upon starting 3ds max, a new ENU folder will be created with the default preferences. Keep in mind that this would remove any customizations you might have set.
