render animation fail

Hi, I'm rendring animation always fail, Vray exception shows Preparing camera sampler , please watch the attached image. I'm using 3dsmax 2021(also tested in 3dsmax2020) , Vray 5.12.

How to solve this issue? Thanks.

You may be running out of memory; monitor your RAM usage and see if that is indeed the case. Also, make sure your Dynamic memory limit (Render setup>Settings>System) is set to 0 so that all available memory is utilized.
