Having some aliasing issues with my IES lights

Coming back to 3d after a long hiatus so I'm relearning a lot.

No matter what I try I can not fix the aliasing around some of my IES lights. Both with and without lens effect. Any suggestions so I can move on from this project? Thanks for any advice.

Try increasing the Image Filter size (Render Setup>Image Filter>Size) along with the lens effects.
