    The scene was created with 3dsMax 2021 V-Ray 5.1 and loaded with 3dsMax 2022 V_Ray 5.1 update 2.

What is the cause of this error?

I find a question similar to the Autodesk forums, but the cause is unknown.

    Does Chaos know anything?

      Hi flat,

Not sure here, have you tried reinstalling V-Ray/resetting the 3ds max settings to their defaults by deleting the ENU folder? You mentioned this happens in certain environments, can you clarify a bit more here; Does it happen only with this particular scene?
