Cosmas Browser not working - "This Site Cannot Be Reached"

Tried in both 3DS Max 2021 and 2022 and when I click on the Cosmos Browser Toolbar button, I get the Cosmos Dialog box but it is as per the attached image.

Licences are all good (in Render Dialog box, no issues).

The only thing I can think that has changed recently is that I've had to install a new Internet Router as my last one stopped working.

Please can you advise?

Hey JezUK,

Is it possible to forward us the cb.log so we can see we can get any hints from there? You can find it in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos
Make sure that your firewall/antivirus is not blocking the connection. Other than that, have you made any updates to the Cosmos Browser recently?
