VrayCarPaintMtl 2 fireflies - how do we get rid of them?

Hello guys,
is there ay way how to get rid of carpaint fireflies while maintaining low rendering settings?
Regular carpaint mat does it too but much less, but still doing it :-//

If you're using a VRaySun - make it invisible, it should reduce the effect. Otherwise, you may smooth them out by increasing the Image Filter's value (Render Setup>V-Ray>Image Filter) and/or adding lens effects.

thanks, we found our flake size and triplanar size was way too high in the end
