Can't Render Hi-res

Hi guys,

Im trying to render a scene at a really large size, about 15k or 20k pixels, I've never rendered this big so the render starts loading up and calculating and just says finished without rendering.

I've attached the error log below, would appreciate any insights.

It looks like you may be running out of RAM.
The methods explained here will help.
