Just wondering if the Material Library has has changed in 5.2. I had issues downloading in the install, but I still had it from 5.13

What kind of issues? -
It would not download and gave me an error. So I installed 5.2 without downloading the material library. When I tried the manual approach I got the error below. Is there a zip file or something I can download?
